I specialize in working with women who are struggling with anxiety, self esteem issues, perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, career challenges or simply need a space to talk with someone who is not a friend or family member. I also offer counseling for couples who are preparing for baby or in the postpartum period and need support.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I moved to Denver by way of New York City, where I worked in the advertising and marketing department of a women's magazine. I was in publishing for three years, where I loved my work and the fast-pace environment but found myself craving deeper connections with people. I quickly realized how much more I enjoyed sitting with co-workers in the break room and listening to their unique life experiences and stories over working on a computer for hours. It is when I had this realization that I decided to pursue graduate school and eventually my license. I also have had my own profound experiences in therapy. Both my passion for connecting with people and my own personal experiences have inspired me to help others as they work toward seeking the support they need to heal and cope.

In addition to private practice, I am a Perinatal Behavioral Health Specialist with SCL health where I support women from preconception through postpartum. I am also a registered telehealth provider in the state of Florida.
